How to Check Your Household Bin Collection Day
To find out when your household bins are collected:
- Log in to your account using the account number and password from your last invoice.
- Go to the Bin Collection History section.
- Check the date of your last collection – your bins are collected every two weeks from that date.
Please note:
If your collection day falls on a bank holiday Monday, your bins will be collected on the Saturday before instead.
